35mm film photography is a staple of my creative expression.

As a correlation to digital and smartphone albums, the 1,300+ images below are intentionally a “photo dump.” Dating back to 2010, the bulk of my film archive displayed here characterizes the stream of consciousness that is me as a photographer.

Let me define the story for each image so that you can view accordingly. The exposition includes a liberating drive prompting me to carry the camera that day; the rising action is attention to framing the light, color, subject or scene, and movement of a moment in time through manual exposure adjustments; whether unsuccessful or worthwhile, the climax is the still capture; the falling action is the film’s darkroom process; the resolution is the image now [later] in hand, rekindling memories and enticing awe; and my public archive, finally, is its epilogue.
